Renowned for her deeply personal approach to songwriting and a flawless tone, Sipprell infuses soul and R&B sounds into beautifully heartfelt songs. First making an impact with her debut EP ‘The Letter D’ and then again with projects ‘I Could Be Loved’ and 2020’s ‘Bad History’, her highly-anticipated debut album has been years in the making. Written as Sipprell embarked on her journey into motherhood, ‘Peace in the Madness’ weaves together stories of love, loss and relationships as she finds hope through difficult times.
A multi instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and producer, Sipprell is a respected talent within the UK’s burgeoning R&B scene. She was tipped by BBC Radio 1’s Future Soul presenter, Victoria Jane, as One To Watch in 2023, while further support comes from the likes of Complex UK, COLORS, Jamz Supernova and BBC Introducing London’s Jess Iszatt. Alongside her work with Nao, Sipprell has provided violin and backing vocals for Ed Sheeran, and recently collaborated with Marie Dahlstrøm on ‘The Process’.
